A relaxing choice for those who want to escape the hustle of the city for a moment, enjoy the silence and pamper with sauna, hot tub, winter swimming and luxury accommodation tailored for two or a bigger group. Together the main building Hillhouse and the Underhill lakeside sauna accommodate up to 18 people on the shores of pure-watered lake Näsijärvi. Outside the summer the villa is rented also for romantic getaways for two.
With an amazing lake views, large grass yards and Finnish nature just outside the door offers you a peace of silence with luxury.
Our accommodations always include beds made ready for your arrival and towels. A hot tub (palju) and other additional services are available. Tahlo Hillhouse is Scandinavian in design, and it has parking space and large terraces. Get to know the destination!

Prices
The price is formed depending on availability, the duration of the stay, and the amount of guests. During weekends the minimum lodging time is usually 2-3 nights, depending on the season. Additional guests +28 € per person, final cleaning and hot tubs (palju) for an additional fee. You can add additional services to your booking also closer to your arrival.
Additional services
- A hot tub (palju) for 6 people, 150€ per night, including filling the tub with lake water, firewood and cleaning the tub after your stay. Heating takes from 2 during summer and 5 hours during winter.
- If your party would like to bathe in two hot tubs, we’re happy to bring another hot tub for a fee of 150€ per night.
- Heating up the hot tub to an adequate temperature, 140€ per night per tub

- Rowing boats 29€ per boat per 24 hours. Additional days 10€ per boat per day.
- Rowing boat + engine 69 € per day after which 19 € per day. Price includes the fuel. Facilities to use and launch your own boat are also available.

Terms of booking
- Free cancellation within 48 hours after the reservation at least 14 days before check-in. If you need to cancel after 48 hours, we refund 50 % of the price. In case you need to cancel later than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund.
- Pets are not allowed
- We kindly ask our guests to respect the silence policy and conduct in a peaceful and silent manner at the beach and outdoors after 10pm, thank you!
- Payment is made in advance in the online store, where you can also choose to pay by invoice.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old
- The customer is obligated to immediately inform of and compensate for any damages done to any movables or property to Tahlo Ventures.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The main building Tahlo Hillhouse (136m2) and lakeside sauna Underhill (20m2) can accommodate up to 18 people.
The main building has 4 bedrooms. The whole family can comfortably stay in carefully selected, Finnish quality beds. Additional space is provided by the pull-out sofa beds in the Hillhouse living room and lakeside sauna.
Baby crib available on request. Please state any requests related to the beds while booking.
Bedroom 1
1 x King size bed (180 cm wide)
The Birch bedroom is the master bedroom of Tahlo Hillhouse. Room has it’s private entrance to the bathroom and toilet. A view of the beautiful Finnish landscape.
Bedroom 2
1 x King size bed (180 cm wide)
The double bed in the Hay pole bedroom can also be separated into two 90 cm wide single beds. Room can be connected and combined to bedroom 3, which offers comfort and flexibility for families with children, for example. You can admire the lake view directly from the bed.
Bedroom 3
A bunk bed with two 120 cm wide single beds. Access to the bedroom 2 if you wish. A compact additional bedroom with its own entrance, which can be combined with bedroom 2. Children’s number one favorite.
Bedroom 4
1 x Queen-size double bed (160 cm wide), also available as two single beds (80 cm width) if you prefer

The biggest bedroom of the Tahlo Hillhouse holiday villa hides several beds inside, and at its best, up to seven people can sleep in here. Luxury for one or two and comfort for family travel. A view of the front yard and the beautiful spruce forest.

The sofa and chair in the living room can be spread out to offer space and more sleeping options, but also make it possible to accommodate several people during short-time bookings. The living room also has blackout curtains as well as all the bedrooms.
Lakeside sauna
1 x double sofa bed (180 cm wide)
Tapio Anttila’s Finnish design Day&Nite sofa bed can be spread out into a double bed or two separate beds. Please notice: in the winter season, the lakeside sauna is not as warm as the Hillhouse.
